How to Master Being Present

Everyone has something they do not want to look in the eye, myself included. When you do not look at this issue in the eye or at all, you start to create resistance around this matter. You begin to lean away from the issue, instead of leaning into it. Only you can make the decision to lean into the issue to resolve it so you can move on. No one else can do this for you.

 

By not looking at an issue can cause this issue to grow into something bigger figuratively and/or literally. The more you resist this, the more you will leave your body. You may belief it is safer for you not to be in your body, as being in your body has caused you pain in some way in the past! This is an illusion of course and is causing you more pain than you may realize.

 

So how do you get over this?

 

You need to start by becoming present inside of your body and in the present moment.

 

Being present looks like:

  • Leaning into your fears/issues instead of leaning away from your fears/issues.
  • Learning how to be flexible and adaptable to anything that comes your way aka rolling with the punches.
  • Consciously co-creating with the Universe to manifest your dreams and desires.
  • Being in control of your emotions because you begin to understand them. Allowing you to respond, instead of react.
  • Creating a relationship with the Universe that you ACTUALLY want!
  • And much, much more.

 

There are many ways of HOW you can master being present NOW!

  • Exercise on the daily
    • When you work out, you need to be inside of your body. This trick is a very quick way to bring yourself back to the present moment. Though this isn’t the solution to become a master of being present because usually once you are finished your workout you will leave your body again. So you will need to take other actions along with this one.
  • Essential Oils
    • I use essential oils on the daily to help me keep me in the present moment and for other reasons. One of my favourite oils to use is called Balance from doTERRA. I put one drop of the bottom of each foot to help me stay in the present moment. Of course, there are other oils that will help you with this as well!   • Hiring a Soul Coach
    • There are many different reasons why you may be resisting to stay in the present moment. These reasons can be very dark and hard for you to go through by yourself. This is why you need to gift yourself a session with a soul coach to align you back into your body and present moment. Many souls do not even know what it feels like to be in their body and it IS time for you feel it!

 

If you continuously asking yourself if you are or are not in your body, this is a sign you are not in your body. By asking this question serves as an answer at the same time. When you are in your body and in the present moment you will KNOW!
